Matthew Dolloff is an associate in Cadwalader's Corporate Group. His practice is concentrated in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, takeover preparedness and defense, corporate finance and corporate governance.

Matthew received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was an Associate Editor and Comment Editor of the Michigan Business and Entrepreneurial Law Review, and his B.A., with Distinction, from the University of Michigan.
