Matthew has worked to obtain seven-figure recoveries on behalf of his clients in breach of contract and insurance coverage actions and successfully defended other clients from multimillion-dollar claims of negligence.

As a clerk with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, Matthew gained experience with high-profile federal court appeals. He also has served as a guest lecturer on various topics at the University of Florida Levin College of Law and the University of Tampa.

Prior to attending law school, Matthew served as a combat infantryman in the U.S. Army, deploying to Iraq in 2003 with the 4th Infantry Division. Accordingly, he knows the importance of service and continues to give back to the military veteran community and the community at large.
