Matthew J. Sharbaugh represents employers in a broad range of complex employment litigation matters. He defends companies in discrimination and wrongful termination claims, ERISA and benefits-related matters, trade secret and non-competition cases, and wage and hour class actions. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Matt clerked for Judge Robert Wilkins, first on the US District Court for the District of Columbia and later on the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
