Meredith Thornburgh White represents business and governmental entities in an array of civil disputes in virtually all stages of the judicial process. Meredith’s practice focuses on commercial contract disputes and product liability defense. She has also prosecuted numerous claims for mortgage lending and underwriting clients related to mortgage broker and title company fraud, as well as borrower defaults and foreclosures.

Meredith has managed complex electronic discovery processes, litigated discovery disputes, prepared and examined expert witnesses, as well as successfully briefed expert witness disputes. In addition, she has briefed pretrial exclusionary issues, helping clients secure rulings, and has tried and argued several cases.

Meredith has broad experience in numerous jurisdictions and forums, having prosecuted and defended claims at trial and on appeal, including cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the Indiana Court of Appeals, and the Indiana Supreme Court.
