Michael Nicolella is an associate attorney at Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky. Mr. Nicolella’s area of focus is commercial law.
Throughout his career, Mr. Nicolella has represented private companies, investors, lenders, creditors, and entrepreneurs in business matters including lending, enforcement of remedies, incorporating, drafting and negotiating contractual agreements and leases, and buying and selling companies, real estate, and assets. He has also represented creditors and other parties in interest in bankruptcy cases. His client experience includes companies in the financial services, utility, pharmaceutical, energy, software and consumer product industries.
Prior to joining SMGG, Mr. Nicolella was in practice with an international law firm. He earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2006 with a concentration in business law and regulation, and completed an internship with the Honorable Arthur J. Schwab in the Federal Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Nicolella also gives his time to the Boy Scouts of America, youth athletics, and autism charities, and enjoys raising three children with his wife Marie, an educator.
