Michael Manfredi focuses his practice on litigation of matters for a range of clients, including construction entities and municipalities. His services include employment and labor, insurance defense and appellate follow-through. While he focuses on effectively managing the entire litigation process, Michael understands the value of quick and cost-effective resolutions to complex and potentially protracted liability cases. He seeks to accelerate turnaround through procedural dismissals, substantive dismissals, successful tenders and negotiated settlements.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Michael worked at a highly respected civil litigation firm in Atlanta, Georgia, and gained significant experience while serving as an assistant attorney general at the State’s Office of the Attorney General, where he represented state officers and officials sued for alleged constitutional violations and tort claims and appeared before federal and state judges for trials, oral argument and pretrial conferences.
