Michelle assists clients in a variety of federal regulatory matters related to the electric utility, oil, and natural gas industries, including enforcement, litigation, and compliance matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

Prior to joining the firm, Michelle spent two years at FERC as an attorney advisor in the Office of Administrative Law Judges and is well versed in issues related to Sections 205 and 206 of the Federal Power Act and rate cases involving Sections 4 and 5 of the Natural Gas Act.
