Mindy M. Wong is an Associate in Vedder Price’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Litigation group.

A seasoned and effective litigator, Ms. Wong focuses her practice on representing clients involved in class actions and complex commercial litigation. Ms. Wong has represented clients in every stage of litigation in both state and federal courts. She has also represented clients in arbitration proceedings, and has overseen the administration of multimillion-dollar class action settlements.

In addition to her work in product liability class actions and commercial litigation, Ms. Wong has experience in mediation; wage and hour class actions; website accessibility claims; contract matters and entertainment law transactions. She often assists artists and songwriters in contract negotiations to protect their valuable intellectual property rights.

Ms. Wong has been recognized by Northern California Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star from 2015-2019. She has also been named to National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 list, and has been admitted as an Associate Fellow to the Litigation Counsel of America.
