Noah handles litigation arising out of distressed loans, foreclosures, government receiverships, trademark and copyright claims, unfair competition claims, REO properties, purchases and sales of real estate projects, mechanics liens, stop payment notices, wrongful death, workers' compensation, pharmaceuticals, debt collection violations, viatical settlements and probate contests.
