A creative problem solver who pays close attention to detail, Olivia Plinio* excels at helping health care clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions and with regulatory matters concerning managed care and corporate compliance programs. She also assists clients in navigating government investigations and potential litigation relating to their health care businesses.
Olivia understands the health care industry from different perspectives. While earning her J.D. with a Concentration in Health Law and a Certification in Health Care Compliance from Seton Hall University School of Law, she worked as an Ethics, Quality, and Compliance Fellow at the American affiliate of a global pharmaceutical company. As a fellow, Olivia collaborated with the company’s legal and compliance teams to ensure that the company complied with new federal and state laws affecting the pharmaceutical industry. Previously, Olivia interned at a pharmaceutical advertising and marketing agency.
