Pam MacKenzie regularly leads complex real estate finance transactions on behalf of lenders to public REITS and private real estate funds. She has a depth of experience in the manufactured housing, self-storage, data center, and GSA office areas. Pam also expertly manages large, syndicated transactions as counsel to lead arrangers. In addition to her lender-side capital markets and middle-market experience, Pam represents borrowers in connection with sophisticated financings, most recently leading private placement transactions for developers in the military housing and university student housing spaces. Pam’s expertise is broad-based, spanning asset-based and leveraged cash flow loans, secured and unsecured REIT and fund-level facilities, subscription facilities, credit enhancement transactions, intercreditor arrangements, and cross-border transactions.
