Paul represents clients in cultural industries, including the visual arts, music, film and television, and new media. He advises and negotiates on behalf of writers and publishers, film/ television producers and talent, as well as artists and companies in the music industry. His practice involves creative enterprises and their owners/ operators, including advertising agencies and design firms. In the art world, he advises artists, galleries, collectors, donors, estates and institutions.
Paul acts for non-bank lenders in loan transactions involving unconventional security and in arranging and structuring other unique financings.
