Priya Chadha is an associate in the firm’s New York office and has experience in a variety of matters including commercial disputes, bankruptcy, and international arbitration. Her practice focuses principally on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. Ms. Chadha has also represented clients in international arbitration matters in both the investor-state and commercial context. She also has experience with bankruptcy adversary proceedings.

Ms. Chadha is also actively involved in pro bono matters. She was part of a litigation team that won a grant of asylum for a teenage client subject to abuse in her home country.
