Rebecca trained at the UK’s largest boutique employment firm and gained experience working on cross-border matters through the Ius Laboris network of international law firms.
Rebecca has advised professional services companies on Employment Tribunal matters where data privacy has become an issue due to tactical use of Data Subject Access Requests (“DSARs”) by litigants.
As a former police investigator, Rebecca has also utilized skills from her previous career to conduct sensitive sexual harassment and malpractice investigations for professional services clients and has prepared and delivered training packages for client’s in house HR teams on best practice to minimize litigation risks when dealing with potentially traumatized complainants and witnesses, and evidence preservation.
