Robert Kenedy is special counsel in the Corporate Practice Group and a member of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions and private equity team. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions and general corporate and regulatory matters.
Robert advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, new company formations, and corporate finance matters. He has also advised on high-value commercial transactions in the oilfield equipment, oilfield services, industrial chemical, power generation, aviation, healthcare, pharmaceutical, real estate, and hospitality sectors.
Robert has extensive international practice experience from working at law firms in London, Dubai, and Oman, and he regularly advises clients on cross-border corporate and commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Jones Walker, Robert practiced at Norton Rose Fulbright in Dubai.
