Sophia Cahill is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's New York office. She is also a member of the Construction team.
Areas of Practice
Sophia has extensive experience litigating commercial and construction related-claims on behalf of commercial clients, contractors, and sureties in both the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey. She has been involved in numerous matters relating to business disputes, breach of contract issues, delay damage claims, mechanic’s liens, and construction defects. Sophia also has experience representing the interests of major airlines in connection with in-flight incidents, the Montreal Convention, and premises liability.
