Aside from insurance and reinsurance, Stephen’s dispute resolution experience includes advising and representing clients in shareholder, joint venture, manufacturing and distribution, engineering, and employment related disputes. He frequently represents clients in international arbitrations involving multiple jurisdictions such as Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Australia, Taiwan, and Japan.
