Steven M. Zimmerman is a principal in the Los Angeles, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counsel.

Steven exclusively represents employers and individual defendants in all types of employment litigation, including sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and matters involving competition and restrictive covenants.

Steven also regularly practices before the National Labor Relations Board, and state and federal agencies. He has experience in all facets of union-management relations from organizing to collective bargaining, and has successfully handled labor arbitration on subjects ranging from disciplinary issues, just cause for termination and contract interpretation issues. 

While attending law school, Steven was a notes and comments editor of the Brooklyn Law School Journal of Law and Policy and was selected to be a member of Phi Delta Phi.
