Suzanne Watson partners with employers of all sizes on a full range of labor and employment issues. Suzanne is an experienced and strategic litigator and devotes a substantial amount of her practice to representing and successfully advocating on behalf of businesses before federal and state courts and administrative agencies throughout the country, including in the areas of trade secrets, unfair competition and restrictive covenants (including non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality), discrimination, retaliation, harassment, disability and accommodations, leaves of absence, wage and hour, and employment contracts. Suzanne has successfully litigated restrictive covenant and employment law cases in both bench and jury trials, as well as has obtained countless favorable outcomes prior to trial or hearing on behalf of employers across the country.
Suzanne also works closely with employers in proactively addressing, and advising on, a wide array of personnel issues and maintaining compliance with state and federal employment laws. Suzanne’s experience also includes developing employment policies and procedures and contracts for employers, including tailoring restrictive covenant agreements and severance agreements to each employers’ specific and unique business and personnel needs.
