Tra Nguyen is an associate in the Immigration & Compliance Group. She advises clients on a variety of employment-based immigration matters, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions. She prepares petitions and applications for submission to various U.S. governmental agencies, such as U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the U.S. Department of Labor. Prior to joining the firm, she also advised clients on business, commercial and franchise transactions.
