Will Marsh advises public and private companies on various transactional and corporate governance issues, including international mergers and acquisitions, enterprise risk management, and environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.

From 1998 to 2020, Will held various in-house positions at Baker Hughes, including as general counsel from 2013 to 2017 and chief legal officer from 2017 to 2021. Prior to joining Baker Hughes, Will was a partner with a top national law firm.
