Zane focuses his practice on corporate and securities law. He has represented clients in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, securities transactions, and other general corporate matters.

Zane was a Summer Associate at Mintz Levin in 2016. He also served as a judicial intern for Justice William Hood III of the Colorado Supreme Court in 2015.

During law school, Zane served as a senior editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law and a student representative of the school’s Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic and Transnational Legal Clinic.
