Zuzanna Rosner-Laskorzyńska has over 10 years of experience in matters involving labor and employment law. She provides legal assistance to clients operating in, among others, pharmaceutical, FMCG, equipment production, tooling, home improvement/distribution, IT/technology, consultancy and media industries.

Zuzanna advises clients, both local and international, on individual and collective layoffs, individual redundancies and dismissals, transfer of undertakings, outsourcing, relations with employees and their representatives, performance and effectiveness management, remuneration and other benefits, employees’ liability, restrictive covenants, various aspects of working time, absences and remote work, and more. She drafts agreements with employees or contractors, including executive staff, as well as internal procedures and bylaws. She also focuses on leaves and other entitlements due to parents, as well as internal investigations aimed at counteracting mobbing, discrimination and other wrongdoings. Zuzanna represents clients before the labor courts in disputes related to employment termination, overtime, discrimination and mobbing.

Zuzanna is a co-author of Parent-Employees Rights, published in 2021, and numerous other publications on labor and employment law. She also runs workshops and provides training on a regular basis.
