Public Education & Services

The National Law Review covers developments, legal actions, and news stories related to the public education and services sector.  Under this coverage, legal experts analyze developments with the Department of Education (DOE) compliance actions, stories about how the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) affects public institutions and its students/employers, and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), are a taste of the legal analysis related to Public Services available from the National Law Review.

Government funding for new public education services, school meal programs, public housing issues, special education programs in public schools, and ransomware and privacy in higher-education institutions, are among the stories covered by the National Law Review.
