Are Software Patents Dead? What You Need to Know about Alice Corp. v. CLS Bank [WEBINAR RECORDING]

On June 20, 2014, Sterne Kessler hosted a webinar entitled "Are Software Patents Dead? What You Need to Know About Alice Corp. v. CLS Bank." The webinar featured a panel made up of Sterne Kessler attorneys examining the potential impact of the Supreme Court's decision in Alice Corp. Pty Ltd. v. CLS Bank International. Topics discussed include whether software patents will still be patent eligible, what limits have been placed on software patents, the implications for continuing patent eligibility of business methods, and the effects related to current and future patent litigation at the patent office, as well as district and federal courts.
