Here is a summary of export data for the first year after the initial implementation of ECR:

  • There have been over 61,000 shipments of 600 series items since October 2013.

  • The 600 series exports are valued at approximately $2.1 billion.

  • The top 600 series ECCNs exported are:

  1. 9A610 ($1.3 billion)

  2. 9A619 ($650 million)

  3. 0A606 ($120 million)

  • The top destinations of exports of 600 series items are:

  1. Japan

  2. Canada

  3. South Korea

  • The top AES designations for 600 series items are:

  1. BIS license

  2. DSP-5

  3. NLR to Canada

  4. STA
