Gulf States Gaming Commission Meeting Report

April 16 Meeting

The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, April 16, at 9:00 a.m. by conference call due to the coronavirus pandemic. Executive Director Allen Godfrey was in attendance live at the offices of the Commission, and Chairman Al Hopkins and Commissioner Jerry Griffith participated by phone. Commissioner Tom Gresham was unable to attend. The following matters were considered:

LICENSING

The Commission approved the issuance of a license to the following:

  • Pockaj d.o.o., as a Manufacturer and Distributor

  • Sportradar Solutions, LLC, as a Manufacturer and Distributor

  • National Table Games Corporation, as a Manufacturer and Distributor

FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY

The Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons and entities:

  • Bradford Whitmore, Member, Treasure Bay, LLC

  • Anthony Aquila, Global Chairman, Sportradar Solutions, LLC

  • Carsten Koerl, Chief Executive Officer, Sportradar Solutions, LLC

  • David Lampitt, Managing Director Group Operations, Sportradar Solutions, LLC

  • John Doran, General Partner at TCV, Sportradar Solutions, LLC

  • Hafiz Lalani, Member of Board of Directors, Sportradar Solutions, LLC

  • CPP Investment Board Europe S.a.r.l., TCV Luxco Sports S.a.r.l., and Blackbird BV InvestCo S.a.r.l. as a Greater than 5% Shareholder of Sportradar Solutions, LLC

  • Samuel Levy, Chief Executive Officer, Ainsworth Game Technology Limited and Ainsworth Game Technology, Inc.

  • Elaine Hodgson, President and CEO, Incredible Technologies, Inc.

  • Richard Ditton, Executive Vice President, Incredible Technologies, Inc.

  • Registration of each of Sportradar Americas Inc., Sportradar AG, Sportradar Holding AG, and Blackbird HoldCo Ltd. as a Holding Company of Sportradar Solutions, LLC

  • Grand Casinos of Biloxi, LLC d/b/a Harrah’s Gulf Coast, Robinson Property Group LLC d/b/a Horseshoe Casino and Hotel and Casino Computer Programming, Inc.
    1) Pledges of the Equity Interests or Securities
    2) Imposition of Equity Restrictions Including Negative Equity Pledges
