"What can we do to create freedom and thereby create justice?...Freedom is only possible within the framework of the rule of law; anything else is chaos. The rule of law, alone, makes freedom possible...The rule of law is only possible where we have democracy. Democracy alone produces the rule of law. Because the rule of law is not something that is imposed upon us by someone else, it's something that we create ourselves, that we have a say in making. The only way that the ordinary person , down at the grassroots of the planet. One among 7 billion and more can have a say is if we have democracy."
