Mississippi Gaming Commission Meeting Report: August 19, 2021

August 19 Meeting

The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, August 19, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson office and via Zoom. Executive Director Allen Godfrey, Chairman Al Hopkins and Commissioners Franc Lee and Tom Gresham all participated. The following matters were considered:

LICENSING

The Commission approved the issuance of licenses to the following:

  • AGS LLC, as a Manufacturer and Distributor

  • SBTech Malta Limited, as a Manufacturer and Distributor

  • Land Holdings I, LLC d/b/a Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort, as an Operator

  • International Gaming Solutions, Inc., as a Distributor 

  • Konami Gaming, Inc., as a Manufacturer and Distributor 

  • United Tote Company, as a Manufacturer and Distributor 

FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY

The Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons or entities:

  • Kenneth Robert Adams – Silver Slipper Casino Venture LLC 

  • Carl Gordon Braunlich – Silver Slipper Casino Venture LLC 

  • Kathleen Myers Marshall – Silver Slipper Casino Venture LLC

Next Meeting

The next regular meeting of the Mississippi Gaming Commission will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at the Jackson offices of the Mississippi Gaming Commission, beginning at 9:00 a.m. The deadline for submission of agenda items for this meeting is August 31, 2021.
