The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson office. Executive Director Jay McDaniel and Commissioner Franc Lee were in attendance in person and Commissioner Tom Gresham participated virtually. The following matters were considered:

RESOLUTION IN MEMORY OF CHAIRMAN AL HOPKINS

The Commission adopted a resolution honoring the memory and life of Chairman Al Hopkins who died this past weekend.

LICENSING

The Commission approved the issuance of licenses to the following:

• Table Trac, Inc., as a Manufacturer and Distributor

FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY

The Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons or entities:

• Mark Lewis Ludski – Ainsworth Game Technology, Limited and Ainsworth Game Technology, Inc.

• Chad Brian Hoehne – Table Trac, Inc.

• Randy William Gilbert – Table Trac, Inc.

• Lori Webster Cameron – Premier Entertainment Vicksburg, LLC
