Mississippi Gaming Commission Meeting Report July 16

The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, July 16, at 9:00 a.m. by teleconference. Executive Director Allen Godfrey, Chairman Al Hopkins, and Commissioners Jerry Griffith and Tom Gresham all participated by phone. The following matters were considered:

LICENSING

The Commission approved the issuance of a license to the following:

  • Las Vegas Dissemination, Inc. as a Manufacturer and Distributor

FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY

The Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons and entities:

  • John Gaughan, Chief Executive Officer, Las Vegas Dissemination, Inc.

  • Gregory Wright, President, Las Vegas Dissemination, Inc.

  • Richard Pennington, Vice Chairman of the Board, Aruze Gaming America, Inc.

  • Johannes Gratzl, Chief Financial Officer, Novomatic AG, Ainsworth Game Technology Limited, Ainsworth Game Technology, Inc., and Novomatic Americas Sales LLC

OTHER APPROVALS

The Commission approved the following:

  • IGT

    • Transfer of Equity Interests or Securities of B&D Holding S.p.A.
