Mr. Dunlop is an intellectual property lawyer and a patent attorney. 

Mr. Dunlop has a broad range of experience protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, and is a registered patent attorney in Australia and New Zealand. 

Mr. Dunlop has a wealth of experience acting for clients in complex patent litigation and patent opposition proceedings, and regularly advises on patentability, validity and infringement. Mr. Dunlop holds a Bachelor of Science (majoring in physics and mathematics) and a Masters of Intellectual Property Law, and combines his degrees and technology experience to assist clients to protect and enforce their patent rights in relation to a broad range of technical areas. 

He has also developed and enforced brand protection strategies for trade mark and design owners, and providing contentious and non-contentious advice in relation to all aspects of intellectual property law.
