Anthony P. Sensoli is an associate in the Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental practice group in the firm's Chicago office.

Areas of Practice

Anthony focuses his practice on project finance, tax credit, and merger and acquisition transactions, in each case primarily in the renewable energy sector. He represents developers, investors and lenders in connection with the development and financing of utility-scale and distributed generation energy projects. In addition to drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, Anthony has extensive experience managing and coordinating project diligence and advises clients with respect to corporate governance matters.
