Daisy A. Tomaselli is an Associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She counsels and litigates on behalf of corporate clients, from a wide range of industries, including but not limited to retailing and fashion, in employment matters before state and federal courts, and administrative agencies.
Among other things, she has defended against claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment and breach of contract; advised on issues arising under FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, WARN, the ADA, and their state and city law counterparts; conducted internal investigations; and litigated to enforce restrictive covenants and protect trade secrets. She also advises clients in connection with preventive workplace law matters, including the implementation of human resources policies and practices.
