David E. Wood is a partner with Barnes & Thornburg’s Insurance Recovery and Counseling Practice Group, resident in the firm’s Los Angeles office. With more than 30 years of experience in the insurance field, Mr. Wood devotes his practice to advising and representing publicly and privately owned corporations in insurance recovery matters.
Mr. Wood appears on behalf of corporate policyholders in state and federal courts throughout the country. He handles matters involving primary liability and errors and omissions coverage, professional liability insurance, crime coverage, environmental coverage, primary-excess disputes, and rights of additional insureds.
