Elizabeth (“Liz”) Kraus is a litigation associate in Greenberg Traurig’s West Palm Beach office. Liz represents clients in complex litigation and business disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration. Liz also advises clients on antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other antitrust and competition-related matters before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice (DOJ), and state attorneys general.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Liz practiced at a prestigious law firm in New York City, where she represented clients in antitrust matters related to mergers and acquisitions and unilateral conduct before the DOJ and FTC. Liz also represented clients in antitrust litigation matters in federal court. Liz worked with clients across a broad range of industries, including health care, insurance, technology, pharmaceuticals, aerospace and defense, oil and gas, private equity, retail and other consumer products. Liz also provided pro bono assistance to clients in matters related to immigration, child support and criminal defense.
