Chair of the Restructuring, Insolvency & Special Situations group, Jeff represents secured and unsecured creditors in out-of-court restructurings and business reorganizations under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. He also represents buyers and sellers of financially distressed companies and distressed debt, and advises, creditors' committees, indenture trustees, and other parties involved in bankruptcy-related matters.

Jeff has represented clients in numerous Chapter 11 cases, restructurings and asset purchases involving a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, mining, insurance, aviation, utilities, gaming, food packaging, and environmental services.

Throughout his career, Jeff has been recognized locally and nationally for his legal acumen and commitment to client service. Jeff has written on a variety of bankruptcy-related topics, including asset purchases and sales, professional ethics and fees, and post-confirmation issues.
