Laura Konkel is a member of the firm’s intellectual property practice group. Ms. Konkel’s practice focuses on all aspects of ‎trademark selection and protection, including domestic and international clearance, prosecution, maintenance, licensing, due diligence, policing, and enforcement, including opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Ms. Konkel also counsel clients on Internet-related intellectual ‎property issues. She has considerable experience with domain name disputes, having represented ‎clients in many successful arbitration proceedings under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution ‎Policy (UDRP).  She also helps clients with strategic registration and acquisition of domain names, effective management of domain portfolios, enforcement of intellectual property rights on social media, and keyword advertising.

Ms. Konkel also assists clients with copyright registration and enforcement.
