Lisa Clark is an associate in the Washington, DC Corporate practice. She focuses her practice on asset finance transactions and has experience representing operating lessors, manufacturers, borrowers and investors in the sale, leasing and financing of aircraft.

Before joining Katten, Lisa was a legal trainee at the Export-Import Bank of the United States of America.  While in law school, she was editor in chief of the American University Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law.
