Nicholas (Nick) Chan is an associate in the firm's Pittsburgh office and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. Nick has experience in motions practice and pre-trial litigation in both state and federal court, representing clients in industries such as telecommunications infrastructure, oil and gas, and toxic torts.
