Robert J. O’Kosky II is an associate in the Boston, Massachusetts, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Robert works with corporate clients of various sizes and industries in preparing and filing both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions that allow foreign national employees to live and work in the United States.

During law school, Robert served as a student clinician for the Vermont Immigrant Assistance Project (VIA), assisting attorneys with Asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile cases. Additionally, he worked part-time for a company involved in aiding clients to obtain their dual Italian/American citizenship. Prior to law school, Robert worked with H-1B visa applicants in the technology industry, drafting and submitting H-1B petitions.
