Trevor Mullin is an associate based in Foley & Lardner LLP’s Los Angeles office. Trevor is a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice and assists clients in the Innovative Technology space. Before joining Foley, Trevor worked as a corporate paralegal for a global law firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he supported attorneys with corporate governance matters for early-stage companies. 

During law school, Trevor began his career at Foley as a summer associate. He assisted on both venture finance deals as well as mergers and acquisition matters. He also provided extensive research support for attorneys on the latest developments in corporate law, including NFTs and SPAC transactions. Before this experience, Trevor was a summer law fellow at The Williams Institute, where he drafted a comprehensive memoranda regarding executive authority as it related to LGBTQ+ policy issues. He has also served as a legislative intern for United States Senator Debbie Stabenow, where he provided support on matters related to finance and tax policy.
