iIn July, the CFPB finalized amendments to the TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) rule. Published in the Federal Register earlier this month, the amendments will become effective on October 10, 2017, with a mandatory compliance date of October 1, 2018.
The CFPB has just released a 24-page summary of the amendments, with citations to the sections of the rule that were amended.
