Deadlines Set for Responses to Petitions to Reconsider TCPA Exemptions Order

On March 31, 2021, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released a Public Notice concerning the deadlines for responding to two Petitions For Reconsideration (Petition) filed in connection with the agency’s Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) exemptions order. The deadlines were tied to the publication of the Public Notice in the Federal Register.

The Federal Register publication occurred on April 12, 2021. Oppositions to the Petitions are now due by April 27; replies to any such oppositions are due by May 7.
