No real surprises in this week's Echostar Technologies v. Leigh decision by the NLRB.  The Board struck down the employer's social media policy which prohibited employees from making disparaging comments about the employer through social media.  The Board's reasoning tracked the reasoning previously provided in the General Counsel's guidance memorandums previously discussed here.
