December 15 Meeting

The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson office. Executive Director Jay McDaniel, Chairman Al Hopkins and Commissioners Tom Gresham and Franc Lee were in attendance. The following matters were considered:

LICENSING

The Commission approved the issuance of licenses to the following:

• Ainsworth Game Technology Limited, as a Manufacturer and Distributor

• Ainsworth Game Technology, Inc., as a Manufacturer and Distributor

• Premier Entertainment Biloxi LLC d/b/a Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi, as an Operator 

• Gaming Arts, LLC, as a Manufacturer and Distributor

• Novomatic AG, as a Manufacturer and Distributor   

• Novomatic Americas Sales LLC, as a Distributor

FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY

The Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons or entities:

• Daniel Eric Gladstone – Ainsworth Game Technology Limited and Ainsworth Game Technology, Inc. 

• Miguel Angel Cuadros – Ainsworth Game Technology Limited and Ainsworth Game Technology, Inc.    

• Steven Lee Scheinthal – Riverboat Company of Mississippi LLC
