March 23 Meeting

The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson office. Executive Director Jay McDaniel and Commissioners Franc Lee (virtually) and Tom Gresham were in attendance. The following matters were considered:

LICENSING

The Commission approved the issuance of licenses to the following:

• RIH Acquisitions MS II, LLC d/b/a 1^st Jackpot Casino Tunica, as an Operator

• NRT Technologies, Inc., as a Manufacturer and Distributor 

• Sportradar Solutions LLC, as a Manufacturer and Distributor 

FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY

The Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons or entities:

• Barry Allan Regula – BTN, LLC d/b/a Boomtown Casino Biloxi and BSLO, LLC d/b/a Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast    

• Shelly Sue Lofton – RIH Acquisitions MS II, LLC d/b/a 1^st Jackpot Casino Tunica and HWCC-Tunica LLC d/b/a Hollywood Casino - Tunica

• Jennifer Lee Williams – Gold Strike Casino Resort, L.L.C.

• Enrico Drago – International Gaming Technology PLC 

• Thomas Joseph Mertens – Table Trac Inc.

OTHER APPROVALS

The Commission approved the following additional items:

• South Beach Casino & Resort, LLC--Gaming Site Approval.

• Land Holdings I, LLC d/b/a Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort  

  • Pledges of Equity Interest and Securities

  • Imposition of Equity Restrictions Including Negative Equity Pledges

• End of Other Approvals
