With persistence and creativity, attorney Kamil Gajda works to support the labor and employment law needs of employers across multiple industries.

Clients appreciate Kamil’s attention to detail, practical advice, and dedication to resolving employment-related problems. He drafts employment policies and procedures, employment agreements, separation agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, and employee handbooks. To help employers stay in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, he conducts internal investigations, develops training programs, and reviews employment-related agreements for enforceability.

Kamil rejoins Epstein Becker Green after having clerked for the Honorable Kevin McNulty, U.S.D.J., and the Honorable Michael A. Hammer, U.S.M.J., both of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. During law school, Kamil also worked as a Judicial Extern to Judge Hammer, as a Judicial Intern to Judge Patty Shwartz at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and as a Summer Associate in Epstein Becker Green’s New York office. Before entering law school, Kamil worked as an HR Generalist at a beverage manufacturer, supporting over 200 employees throughout the United States and Canada.
