Today was an opinion day at the Supreme Court so we here at TCPAWorld were carefully watching the Court’s release of opinions this morning.  While we had two opinions today, including Justice Barrett’s first merits opinion, there was no ruling in Facebook v. Duguid. 

While there are no hard and fast rules as to when opinions will come down, the opinions today were from last year’s October and November sittings while Facebook was argued in the December sitting.

We are waiting for the Court to announce its next opinion days, which could be next week, so stay tuned . .
