Srishti Chhabra

Srishti Chhabra is a member with the Funds practice at Nishith Desai Associates, Mumbai. She graduated from National Law University, Jodhpur, and shares a keen interest in corporate laws. In her brief period at Nishith Desai Associates, she has been actively involved in advising VC/PE funds on legal, regulatory issues and as well as fund documentation. In addition, she takes a keen interest in academic writing, competition law, M&A, and has been actively involved with various student welfare initiatives such as Increasing Diversity for Increasing Access (IDIA).
